Core duties to include participating in and overseeing: the governance practices of the Research Park Board of Directors, ensure effective governance structures and support the Board in fulfilling its fiduciary with responsibilities. The committee’s role includes: promoting TTRP Board cohesion and strategic leadership for TTRP, maintain the highest standards of integrity, accountability and operational excellence, and supporting the TTRP’s pursuit in advancing research, fostering innovation, promoting entrepreneurship and driving economic development.
